WRITING COMMUNITIES AND GENERAL WRITING LINKS:

Writing.com. If you've never been to WDC, GO THERE. It's a brilliant online writing community that has a lot to offer writers of all genres, persuasions and abilities.

Seventh Sanctum. This site offers A LOT of generators. Name generators. Place generators. Race generators. scenario and plot generators. Most of it is quite silly but it can be a great help when your creative muse is lagging. Also good entertainment for the bored mind with time to kill.

Critique Circle. Not a site I've been on much myself, though others I know have and they love it. It's an online writing community with a lot of emphasis on reviewing the work of others.

SELF PUBLISHING: Not something I've done myself but many have, and many of those with a certain level of success. Below are links to some of the companies that offer these services.

Lulu.com. This seems to be the most popular/highly advertised company offering self publishing. The rest below I know little about.
